Access to the conference rooms

Take the elevator near the Hakata Gate to the 9th floor.
The Hakata Gate is the station exit furthest from the Shinkansen ticket gate.

The entrance to the conference rooms is near the cinema.

Open the red door next to the cinema reception counter and follow the path.
