Program
The conference is scheduled to take place on 16-17 July 2026.
Each general presentation will be scheduled to last 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
For Students in Japan: Students enrolled at universities in Japan will be assigned to a one-hour poster session. The panel partitions for displaying posters are planned to be 180 cm high and 123 cm wide.

The password will be printed in the paper program booklet, which will be distributed at the conference reception.
Banquet
The banquet will be held at the Nohgaku stage in Sumiyoshi Shrine, a historical performing arts venue. The Nohgaku stage is designated as a important cultural property. We plan to feature a Gagaku performance, which is Japan's traditional court music, at the banquet. The banquet place is a 15-minute walk from the conference venue.
