Hakata Station is two stops from Fukuoka Airport by subway.

Access to the conference rooms

Take the elevator near the Hakata Gate to the 9th floor. The Hakata Gate is the station exit furthest from the Shinkansen ticket gate.

Please note that before 10 am, only the elevator on the Hankyu Department Store side (the lower circle on the left diagram) will be operational.

The entrance to the conference rooms is near the cinema.

Open the red door next to the cinema reception counter and follow the path.

Reception

(Day 1) The reception is located in Room #4.
(Day 2) Please stop by the staff room if necessary.

The conference will be held at Hakata Terminal Station, so hotels near the station will be ideal for international attendees staying in Hakata. The following are four-star hotels:
